Time for Change!


After losing 3st 2/3 years ago I''''''''ve gone and put it all on again. life is passing me by and I know I''''''''m not living it to the fullest. having lost the weight I know how much happier I was and more social. My Goals:
At the minute -
1. To drink more water
2. To eat more fruit and veg
3. Do more exercise

Long term -
Improve diet
Lose 3stone

My Program:
 Walking 4 miles each day with my dogs

Drinking atleast 8 glasses of water each day

Eating more fruit and veg


Personal Information:
I live in Co. Down, N. Ireland in a lovely seaside town called Bangor. I work as a checkout operator for Asda (Uk branch of walmart). I am also a mum to 3 beautiful kids aged 12yrs, 8yrs and 9 months. x

Other Information:
 I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and love them all.
Buddy, Phoebe, Jessica, Jack and Jemima.

    Thanks Rigein. Im good, havent been on this for a good while now but the good weather has got me exercising again so im back to watch my calories again. Failing miserably at staying in my target. I knew I was a big eater but its crazy when you see how much extra ya eat in a day. Gonna try again to get a grip of it. How are you doing? I hope alls going well for ya x
