Introduction Text Thought it was time to put the difficult days behind me and hang on to loving memories and cherished moments. After years of worrying about others it is now high time I thought about taking care of myself. With small goals I'll look for progress, not perfection.

Week 1: 7-8 cups of water/day

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I have a 1 quart pitcher of water on the counter to remind me to drink up 8 glasses a day.

I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I enjoy reading mysteries and have been reading a lot especially in cold weather when I've no desire to leave the house. I also like writing children's stories, but have never tried to get them published. I have two married children and four grandchildren.
