Introduction Text Hi, my name is Wendy. I am 53 years old, married and the mother of three boys, 24, 19, 19. After keeping my weight off for 8 years, I find myself at my highest weight. How did this happen? Life happened! I moved to a new state, started a new job, sold and bought a house. Stress took over, old habits crept in. I missed my old gym. Finding a gym here that I liked seemed impossible. Then, I started getting horrible headaches. Six months of physical therapy I am beginning to return to exercising. Time to get my old new body back. Join me as I reclaim the body I lost and work to control my thinking and eating in the process.

My current goals are reduce my bodyfat to a level and add muscle to make my physique look symmetrical, balanced and beautiful.

Working with Team INOV8 Elite Performance in 2014 for a great improvement year. Goal is to compete again in 2015.
