Fitness Minutes: 348,018

My Goals:
I currently weigh 150.
1st goal is to get down to 142
2nd goal 135

I did get down to 143, and stayed there for a few years. When my Hubby was laid off I gained weight again. He found a good paying part time job, and I am now down to 145. Well, I am back to 155, so time to get serious again. Now that the weather is nicer I can get back into walking with my dog in the hills and gardening.

My Program:
Walk my dogs everyday. What better way for one to get in good exercise. The dogs will thank you. Your body will thank you, and you will thank yourself. I also enjoy photography. 9 out of 10 times I have my camera in hand as I am hiking with the dogs.
I got back into my Cardio Bike. I enjoy riding it along with videos on YouTube. Makes the riding so much more enjoyable.
Working out with Jessica Smith, and Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home
I really like their videos.
This year my Hubby bought me a fold-up Treadmill. It has come in handy since I am not outdoors as much as I used to be.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Granada Hills So. Calif. I now live in the high desert among the lizards and coyote's. Still in So. Calif. When I go for walks I just love to see the Red Tail Hawks flying around. Such a beautiful bird!

I am proud to say that I am related to Wild Bill Hickok. Anyone out there that loves the wild west history? I also admire Annie Oakley. What a lady for in that time period! If you ever want to read about who Wild Bill really is, and not tall tales, then grab a book written by Joseph G. Rosa. He is a friend of the Hickok family.
