Introduction Text I have been a member of SP for several years and have restarted several times on my weight loss/healthy living goals. Each time I have given up. Well, it is 2013 and I am going to try again as I have again reached my heaviest weight yet and if I don't do something, it is going to continue to go up. I still remember the days when I thought 140 lbs was too heavy for me. Now I would be thrilled to be at that weight! I joined a gym at the beginning of 2012 and did well for a while, but I let life get in the way. This year I am going to try again to get to the gym three days a week and may have to learn to be a morning person in order to fit it into my schedule. :)

Other than getting out for some exercie, my goal has to be to stop consuming so many liquid calories. I need to increase my water intake and decrease my soda and specialty coffee intake.

I am going to start again to religiously track my daily foods and I am going to only participate in one challenge to start with as I think I overwhelmed myself last time around.

I am 41 years old and living in North Dakota

I enjoy being outdoors (when it isn't -40 degrees!). I also enjoy reading, fishing, and crafting.
