The Fitness Fight


I've been going up and down in weight for at least 3 years following an auto accident. My goal is to get back to a healthy weight and increase my overall well being.I am determined to give it a good month to become a habit-even with set backs, I aim to change old eating habbits.🤔 So far so good.Its been a month plus and Im finding my rhythm. I cant wait to see what the end of month 2 looks like! Starting to have interrupted sleep. Whats next?Im down just over 15 pounds, hmm!
