Introduction Text I am a 69 year old Mother of two beautiful daughters and 3 amazing grandchildren. I have been married to the love of my life "Bobby" for 43 years. I am still working and have worked at the same location for 46 years. I truly feel blessed . I have a few aches and pains , but who doesn't at 69 years old. I am hearing impaired but with hearing aids I hear as well as anyone else does and for that I am blessed. I truly do not consider my hearing any kind of disability I just consider it away of life and have dealt with it for over 25 years. I am so very thankful for my wonderful Spark Friends.

My Goals was to lose 50 pounds, I have lost some but still want to lose 50 more. My goal is to never consider myself on a diet but it s a way of life eating properly and healthy. My goal is to stay on track and remember I am doing this to be a healthier person

Eating three meals a day, no skipping meals Exercising at least 5 days a week Step it up when walking the dogs Drink at least 64 ozs of water a day.

I have a full time job at Police Department where I have been employed for 46 years. I am a crafter . I love to sew,knit,crochet,tole paint,woodworking,cake decorating,candle making and misc. other crafts. I am hearing impaired and have impaired vision in my right eye, but I keep on going. I have learned you can do anything if you want to.
