I'm 77. another years has gone by, and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on a Cpap at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a retired farmers wife. We do have some livestock, 2 miniatures horses, and 8 goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

My name is Linda, I am 77 year old, or as I say 60-17. I am married to my very best friend, and a retired farmers wife, so I have worn a verity of hat. I have 3 grown sons, none who live near, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

I stopped counting after the first 200. Sorry your dizzy spells aren’t letting up. Hope the tech has something that helps. I took a break earlier and played a couple of pieces from my “new” piano book.

PTO=Paid Time Off - that's what they call vacation time these days, and sick time.

My husband was born at home, too. I tease him about that, though, and tell him it's because he's so much older than I. LOL Stay warm--it's really, really windy today. emoticon

Thanks for your comment! I agree that it would be nice to shut down the big businesses and give the little ones a chance this time if they must insist on another shutdown, but they would never do that. You see, the people making the rules to shut down the small businesses are the same people who have heavily invested in the big ones that they are saying can stay open, thus insuring that another lockdown will make them even richer than they already are. It's very much a thug/ mafia way of thinking and they are definitely carrying it out in full glory. It's devastating and sadly, at this point, can only be corrected by a full revolt.

I’m glad you’re feeling somewhat better. This spell really knocked you for a loop. Here’s sending you some Florida sun emoticon and a loud cat’s purr 😺
