I'm 77. another years has gone by, and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on a Cpap at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a retired farmers wife. We do have some livestock, 2 miniatures horses, and 8 goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

Is is an unusual cup and saucer. These were popular before and after Allied occupation in Japan. Mine is pretty common, one of several designs with a geisha. There were more risqué versions too. The picture is within the china so it doesn’t depend on heat to make it appear. Fingers crossed that your new med helps.

I hope all is well with you, and that you're not having ongoing issues from the recent big migraine.

Hope you can get an appointment AND some answers soon. With doctors and dentists seeing fewer patients in their offices at a time, it can take awhile nowadays. I’m crossing my fingers that I can baby along a uncomfortable tooth with a cracked filling until my appointment to fix it in a month. I’m so relieved about my sister. She’s not happy about the restricted diet, but is looking forward to feeling better. Unfortunately, the food plan is opposite in many ways of what she cooks for diabetic husband. It’ll be a challenge.
