I don't know why the experts feel walking is best for getting rid of belly fat. But, it does work- I'm proof positive for that. Since my main exercise these past 10 years has been walking. I've lost lots on inches on my gut/ belly due to that. I hope as time goes on, it will go off that area again. It has too! I cannot stand it!!! Ugh Have a good rest of the week sweet friend. Yes, storm was in our area, but fortunately south of us got the worst of it. You don't do the friend feed for friends do you? That's where I post updates, as I did during the storm. You can access friends feed from your start page on the far right under community links. Or on the actual pages of friends at the top. Some don't know about that. I'll tell you a tip or two on belly fat, helping lose weight green tea and 1T. cider vinegar in water before meals. You can look it up online. Also walking a lot. Not many exercises help. But core exercise may help with the strength and help. Like sit ups, leg lifts,etc. When I gained my 30 pounds I think half of it went to my belly----Ugh! So mad about this coronavirus hitting when it did. But, we'll get through it. At least I'm maintaining and not gaining anymore! Hang in there. Thanks for stopping by.
