69 and need to get serious


I am 69. Years old, married 18 years. Mother of 2 adult sons, and 2 wonderful daughter-in-laws. I have 7 beautiful grandchildren. I am also a Yo-Yo dieter, I have been as high as 316 and as low as 157. I have been on Sparkpeople before but deleted my old page as it was depressing to see the weight fluctuations. I am currently about 159 and want to get and stay in the 150's. Today is a new day and I feel that I can achieve my goals this time. Here's to a fresh start! Update, I am at goal, 140 ...
