So after 6 weeks of no or little exercise because of illness I am at it full tilt now. Getting eating adjusted to new demands of 6x a week exercise. Scale went up some in last 1.5 weeks (lbs & fat lbs), but both I and hubby think I look a little thinner. So ignore the scale, do the right things, and progress with getting things lined up for good SAC challenge. 3441 days ago
