Introduction Text My Journey I ran across Sparkpeople quite by accident, in March 2007 , while I was searching for places to help me lose weight. I joined and it has been a God send. I have learned so much. I was in starvation mode from eating only700 or 800 calories a day for many years, so it took me about a year to retrain my brain and eat more food and drink water. Btu after the year was up, the weight came off pretty quickly. I just wish it did not come back on so easily. I was a member of the Red Hot Chili Steppers and Roaring Red Rocketeers on the BLC team serving as co-captain and then captain. Then I stepped down for one round, and started a new team on Sparks- "Super Charged and Ready- Team Biggest Loser." Lots of positive energy; a great bunch of people and all of us getting healthy. I came back to the BLC , with the Light Blue Bombshells and then sat out a round , and then came back with the Ivory Falcons, having first served as co-captain and ten captain of the team. I served as c-captain of the While Rabbis for 2 rounds; left there and was co-captain of the Magnificent Midnight Musangs, and will go back to the White rabbis as co-captain. The Serenity Prayer God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Drink 8 glasses water a day. Walk at least 20 min each day

I am very motivated; pumped and feeling great. I do a lot of walking and stretches, ball exercises, biking etc..

I am a twin and was born and raised in Iowa. I have one brother and 4 sisters, and lived in MD 42 years and now am back in Iowa

I am a Christian and my faith is very important to me. I love Bible prophecy . I get excited whenever I study it..
