My Goals:
Current goal: 5 pounds

My Program:
Love life!

Do it now!
• Eat three small meals per day and add fruits and veggies as my snacks.
• Never eat more calories than I can burn in a day.
• Eat 6 fruits & veggies each day and work up to 9 per day.
• Eat 2 servings of protein everyday.
• Drink 64 oz + of water and an additional 8 oz for each Rx every day.

Move, move, move!
• PT stretches and exercises daily.
• Six-pack exercise series daily.
• Shoulder exercise series 3 times each week.
• 12 minutes of cardio and increase duration and speed slowly to avoid an increase in pain or a setback on the "recovery road".

Personal Information:
I love the change of seasons and of course, Fall is my favorite time of year!

    hey you! never a prob to post for one of my best pals! what are u doing on your VACATION? or are u just taking a vacation away from the dumb games? lol..sure wish i could but i know if i do ill never ever catch behind now as it is with them dum bulls and building the buildings and nowww the expansion which i need dearly so how are u and whatcha up to? yeh so far jorge is the just hope i can keep it up! well enuf blabber from mee! hope see u soon! emoticon

    howdy ...oh didnt know u were doing a bull with a partner..i was gonna ask if u wanted to but i think i did with the sheep and u said something like you werent playing very often and u didnt want me to rely on u !! lolol....dont feel bad...i only have one bull over 300 still need to do two more..its ridic! u cant make the food fast enuf ..i think thats the secret how i did this one..feed it a lot everytime u feed...but then its probly luck anyways..i have tons of work to do..i shud get paid for overtime lolol have a nice day pal...

    hiya pal..yeh another week trying to lose wt and thats some serious exercise equipment u doing curves again..been there about a month already so i hope it does some good..well ta ta for now and have a good rest of week! emoticon emoticon
