Introduction Text Every day is an opportunity to meet life's challenges with creative solutions. A big "thank you" to my spark buddy, spark friends and team mates for their kind words and endless encouragement on our journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Current goal: 5 pounds

Love life! Do it now! • Eat three small meals per day and add fruits and veggies as my snacks. • Never eat more calories than I can burn in a day. • Eat 6 fruits & veggies each day and work up to 9 per day. • Eat 2 servings of protein everyday. • Drink 64 oz + of water and an additional 8 oz for each Rx every day. Move, move, move! • PT stretches and exercises daily. • Six-pack exercise series daily. • Shoulder exercise series 3 times each week. • 12 minutes of cardio and increase duration and speed slowly to avoid an increase in pain or a setback on the "recovery road".

I love the change of seasons and of course, Fall is my favorite time of year!
