1) to lose some 15-20 stubborn pounds

2) to keep track of my eating and exercise habits, and develop some self-accountability

    Were we not friends before? Well, in any case, happy to see you here again! Now that the weather's getting nice, maybe you and Zev can get out for some strolls. I miss hearing from you and Jes, but I understand what the first year is like. Somehow, spending time chatting online takes a low place on the priority list!

    I've been in maintenance mode. Not intentionally, sadly. I really would like to buckle down and be more fit. I miss the way I was starting to look and feel when I was really working the routine!

    Say hi to the rest of the family for me. Miss you all!
