Introduction Text On my way to peeling back the layers of unhealthiness and finding me underneath.

I am starting today to work hard on my goals. 1. Eat breakfast EVERY morning within an hour of rising. 2. Drink at least 32 oz of water daily. 3. Exercise daily.

Knowing myself I could try to work on everything at once, become discouraged, and then stop making wise choices for my health. I am taking small simple steps to gain my health back. I have set 3 goals that are measurable and attainable. Most of all I will keep taking the next step forward .

I am on a journey. I have been married to an amazing man for 24 years, I work as a nurse, and I am crazy about dogs, especially my Australian shepherds Jessie Jane and Jasper Jaxson. I have a hard problem saying no to everyone, I am a type A personality, and I have a very tender heart underneath my rough exterior. I love my Savior, to hike trails with my dogs and husband, the peace I feel being near a lake, coffee, and to sit in a chair reading a book with my dogs right beside me
