Introduction Text I am a farm girl from WV. I love the farm life. Raising a garden and canning and preparing my own food. I want to get back to my healthy lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise. I am trying to be as self-sufficient as possible.

I want to get back into my healthy eating and exercise habits.

I try to eat a balance of protein and carbs. And want to fill up with vegies. But I so often fall short. My sweet tooth gets the best of me!! I am also am emotional eater.
