Living in the "least obese" state, my goal is to develop the healthy lifestyle habits that will help me be around a long time to enjoy the terrific life I have!

Fitness Minutes: 121,665

My Goals:
Develop lifestyle habit of regular weekly cardio exercise

Integrate healthier (not perfect) nutritional habits



My Program:
 Current exercise target is 180 cardio minutes/week, changing up treadmill speed and elevation to keep it challenging.


Current nutritional target is to use Nutrition Tracker consistently and stay within target calorie range over the course of each week.


Personal Information:
I'm one of the 10-15 thousand people lucky enough to live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I have a terrific husband; together we've launched 3 kids into adulthood and still have (most of) our sanity. Now the two of us ride herd on an exuberant chocolate Lab.

Other Information:
 Thought for Today: The world is full of people who will go their whole lives and not actually Live one day. She did not intend on being one of them.

    Thanks for the comment. I keep thinking that I need to mix stuff up but it's been pretty hard to get myself to do that. I tell myself I will do a DVD or something at home and then...I just don't.

    I'm in a funk and I know I'll come out of it eventually. It is really helpful to have people like you who offer encouragement, though. Thanks again!

    I found your blog comment! Yes, my kids are 18, 21, 25, and 26. It's a bit of a struggle for both my husband and me when we're alone for so much, but we know our kids do love us.
