 I am a compulsive overeater who is in OA. I am make outreach calls, follow a Plan of Eating, get support from a sponsor, read and write.

Most importantly I follow my Higher Power's guidance.

    emoticon To the 5% !! Even though you are joining the emoticon !! LOL I used the emoticon with the bear SITTING DOWN only because the TBs are a competitor of ours on the emoticon IE team !! LOL LOL LOL Ok, so I am A BAD DAWG !!! I'd go the corner of the kennel,,,, but it's a round kennel,, no corners !!

    You will LOVE being the TB team. They are a loving, supportive team. Of course all the teams are, but once you join a team,,,, most stay loyal to that team, making fast friends ! I wish this for you !! The 5% is a GREAT team,,,, I am so fortunate in that one of the Daisies told me as I first joined Sparks as the Winter Team (Hmm 2010 ! I AM OLD huh?) started. I am still here,,, there are UPs and downs with this. When we gain,,, hopefully we learn the why and take it as an opportunity to learn. That's why I've been at this for quite sometime. Hopefully I am ok now. I NEEDED to learn to work through the emotional eating. WOOHOOO !!
