Introduction Text I have struggled with weight loss all of my life. I have learned a lot about myself over the last several years. Lessons learned: 1. I have PCOS which makes my journey more difficult but explains the many plateaus and struggles I've had. 2. I am an emotional/stress eater who binges out of control at least once a month. 3. I struggle with motivation to stay on task. Time often becomes my greatest enemy as I have 4 year old twins who demand much of my attention and work full-time. I am more determined than ever to lose weight and hope to be successful this time!

Lose weight to be healthy and feel better. Be able to run and get down on the floor and play with our children like my hubby. Take care of myself

I am taking this one day at a time. I have a loving husband who is trying to be supportive of my goal to lose weight and be healthier. I will start my journey with the psmf diet and learn to eat right to maintain my while as well as add exercise to my regular daily activity. I plan to be more active on this website with blogging and teams to get the support I need and to help motivate while also relieving stress.

I am 39 yrs old. Man how time flys!! I have graduated with my Masters, had wonderful twins, and working as a clinical social worker. My life is busy but I need to make some changes in my life, so here I am back in black to beat the odds!
