My Goals:
I am going to get back to a healthy state - not so much focused on weight as I am on fitness...
My Program:
Stepping it up to 10,000 steps per day. Loving the Spark People menus, recipes, meal planners WITH a grocery list (helps cut down on impulse buying). Getting plenty of motivation from all of you.

Ecstatic to be losing extra baggage AND extra pounds that were accrued at the same time!

My Program:
