LBRYSON26 I am 73 years young. I came to Spark and I was just diagnosed diabetic type 2. I began with spark. I did not type and I did not use a computer. I had just read the book. Our son gave us a very old computer and as soon as I got on the site I was lost. Spark people came to my rescue and Now I am doing great. I was 65 and now I am 73. I used metformin for a year and no more diabetic meds for me. I used Spark Diabetic tracker and I stay here to help others. I was 225 and now still 180 pounds. The book "I'll Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch will always have a special place in my memories. My first graders were really into his books and selected that one as a read aloud on the day I returned after burying my beloved grandmother. I cried the whole way through it and the kids did, too. It really made an impact on them, especially when I shared that he had written it after losing an infant son. Sheila 3655 days ago
