My Goals:
Lose 15 pounds by the end of the year

My Program:
 I will try my best to workout at least 4 times a week for 50 minutes.


Personal Information:
Its my season and I am ready to walk in this new phase of life. My babies aren't babies anymore. I can focus on me with no excuses!!

Other Information:
 I have started and stopped eating healthy and exercising many times. I pray this time I make some changes that I can continue for a lifetime.
