I am a wife, mom, and someone that has lost over 100 pounds. I am headed toward my goal, but I want to bring you along with me so that we can succeed together. Prepare to laugh, cry, agree/disagree, learn, relax, and get to know someone that is finally learning how to be happy.

- Activity Increase (30-45 mins daily, 5 days a week eventually)

- Look good in shorts, and a bathing (not at the same time...that'd be weird) haha
