Congratulations on completing your 50 mile ultramarathon!! That is so awesome. The 50 mile race is something I would like to complete in the future. I have only completed half marathons at this point (with my next in Oct). Next year I plan on making the plunge and completing a full marathon!!

You must be way off on something cause I'm at the 1450-1800 calorie level at SP! But I do pts, which mostly works for me (except for the fact I can't reach my GW & no, it's definitely not set too low).
Generally I gain if I eat the activity pts I earn - but this week I just gotta do it, altho actually this afternoon is finally a bit better.
I seem to recall you weren't going to have cats after mollie was gone - and now you have 3???? I'm willing to bet it's cause you're such a softie! 3082 days ago

My mileage is pretty low; don't worry. Generally around 15-20 miles a week. Of course there's walking the dogs, ST, yoga & one easy swim on top of that.
Truly I think it's mostly hormonal.
What I had for breakfast this morning usually keeps me full all morning long . . . still starving afterwards! Just had a snack & yup, you guessed it, still starving . . . 3082 days ago
