I Can Do Hard Things


At age 60 I find myself recovering from a "tsunami divorce" and beginning a new chapter in my life. I am "sitting with my pain" and my mantra now is " I can do hard things".
At age 60 I find myself recovering from a "tsunami divorce" and beginning a new chapter in my life. I am "sitting with my pain" and my mantra now is " I can do hard things".

Fitness Minutes: 52,494

My Goals:
Lose 69 pounds by the end of 2014.

Have a normal BMI by the end of 2015.

Have normal blood pressure by the end of 2015.




My Program:
 Swim 5 times a week - 5000 strokes

Walking my dog Peanut at least 10 minutes each day.

Elliptical at gym 3 times a week.


Personal Information:
I am originally from central Iowa. I attended Iowa State and have been teaching preschool for over30 years. I have 2 sons and currently live in Orange City Iowa with my husband Ken.

Other Information:
 Goo Steet Team Iowa - the Goo Goo Dolls are my passion. Their music has changed my life and it is a privilege to help and support them
