I have hypothyroid/Hashimoto's - diagnosed about 25 years ago. When the pandemic hit, I became a work from home recluse. I didn't put on the Covid15, but did put on weight. I am maintaining now - stopped the gain, but finding it really hard to lose it, which is my thyroid issue.

Slowly, making small changes, I will find what works and I will lose the weight.

My Goals:
I need to lose 30lbs. Since its not easy for me, I will aim for 3lbs a month.
Make my mornings productive. Exercise and meditation before starting work.
My Program:
* Meal plan/prep at the beginning of each week.
* Portion control - weigh portions to make sure it is all accountable.
* Track food
* Walk 6000 steps a day.
* Ride the Peloton at least 15 minutes a day.
* Do one of the Peloton other exercise videos 2x week
