    Tuesday's Tips To Help You Stay On Track:

    emoticon Consciously make healthier choices such as snacking on a handful of nuts or raw vegetables versus a candy bar or crackers.

    emoticon If you think you're hungry, first try drinking a glass of water. Your body may be signaling you that it's beginning to be dehydrated.

    emoticon Use a smaller plate at mealtimes; the amount of food will loook bigger, and you naturally eat few calories.

    emoticon Fill one-fourth of your plate with protein, and three-fourths with a wide variety of vegetables.

    emoticon Slow down when you eat, and savor your food!

    Hope you come on over to the Living Binge Free team and let us cheer you on or offer a shoulder as needed. Instead of the usual intro thread, I suggest you use the 21-day streak thread, even if you don't plan to count up days. It's where we have the most people consistently post, so more of the team will know you. We don't have a lot of games or easy ways to get points on Spark. You can get a lot of points without really decreasing overeating! We are about supporting each other to feed ourselves reasonably to help avoid urges to binge and to resist them, if they come! We go at it from both sides. We don't count on the urges going away, although they might. We learn to act in every situation on the side of our long term physical and mental health; strength before falls and tenderness after, if it happens. Come play with us!
