My Goals:
I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I want to lose weight & am striving for my first 10% weight loss. I don't like to look too far ahead so I don't get overwhelmed & discouraged. By losing weight, there will be less stress on my neck & back.

My Program:
 I log my food & exercise daily. I drink 8-12 glasses of water a day. I'm going through different challenges on the site to see what I like. My husband & older son bought me a recumbent bike for Christmas. I'm loving the bike.


Personal Information:
I live in a suburb outside of Buffalo, NY with my husband, 2 sons & 3 cats; Matty, Gug, & Momo.

Other Information:
 I'm a RN who loves to read & have downloaded many, many books to my kindle. (Free!) I love cats!

    I've tried to like & comment on your status a few times an get an error that your friend feed is set to private so I'm not sure if you are able to see it from your end.

    We need to convince our employers & family of patients to bring fresh fruit or yogurt! I work in a nursing home, you!
