Wanting to refocus this Fall? The BL Challenge is there for you! We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed to promote positive lifestyle changes, and of course weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are a important aspect of the smaller individual teams. The larger team also gives you a chance to congratulate and get to know members from other teams. After all we are all in this together and together we are stronger. I would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to sign up for the 2020 BL HARVEST YOUR HEALTH Fall Challenge, BEAUTIFUL AMETHYST BUTTERFLY Team. We have several openings on this teams, as well as openings on 9 other teams. What does this 2020 Harvest Your Health Fall Challenge consist of??? Check it out:
1. Posting or checking in with your Team a minimum of 3x a week. 2. A weekly weigh in and stat reporting – Due every WEDNESDAY, 11:59pm ..........A. We track cardio minutes ..........B. We track strength training minutes ……..C. We have weekly fitness challenge (ITC-different each week) ……..D. We have weekly nutrition challenge (ITC-different each week) ……..E. And. Of course, our weight loss
3. This 10 week challenge runs from 9/2/20 to 11/10/20
Ok, there it is in a NUT SHELL. All we really ask is that before you join, please make sure are truly interested and serious about joining and participating in this challenge. Participation is key to your successes!!
