My Goals:
Weight loss is slow for me because I'm on prednisone, so I'm giving myself treats for small victories:

135 - candi factory undies (done!)
132 - pretty shoes
129 - spa day
125 - Doll Factory dress


BIG GOAL:
Run a half marathon


My Program:
 Walking 15,000 steps a day. Cardio 3x/week. Yoga once a week. Eating clean. Glorious sleep!
