I have been using Spark People for a few years now and have not made it to my goal weight. I have managed to lose 20 pounds and then gain it back again. I have struggled with weight since adolescence and it has been a battle I have won and lost many times. I decided that I should at this point cut myself some slack and count myself blessed because in spite of myself I am loved and cherished by my family and friends.
