Making myself over
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in January 2016. Before that I was just considered Hypothyroidism since February 2014. I am slowly starting to see results in losing weight and keeping it off. A thyroid that doesn't function affects everything else including metabolism. I am working towards a leaner me. No specific size. Just healthier and more fit.

My Goals:
To be under 200 pounds.
To have better habits.
TO make the time to take care of ME.
SOMEONE HAS TO MAKE ME A PRIORITY. AND SO I CHOSE TO DO THAT. Since I take care of everyone else all the time.
My Program:
I rotate my Leslie Sansone workouts. I have over 25 in my possession now. Many choices so no excuses! I watch portions.
I drink water!
Starting July 1st no eating after 7:30. My cutoff has been 8:30 because I am a night owl.
Personal Information:
I live in Brooks, Ky. Five minutes from the south end of Louisville, KY.
I have to rearrange my scheduled workouts according to how the day goes.
I have used food to fill a void at times. I am NOT ON A DIET. I AM CHANGING MY LIFE! I have been working to change how I look at food. There have been some setbacks but I am still moving ahead. When hubby and kids stress me out I want to munch so bad. Now I try to do anything but that! PLUS I QUIT SMOKING.
