My name is Fredielyn and I am a mother of two grown children and a grandmother of two. I live just outside San Francisco, in Marin County. I love art and have a business of interior design. I redo rooms in homes using what my client already owns. I just re-design creating a fresher and updated look. I have been on SparkPeople since early February 15, 2015. As of August 2015 I have been weighing in at 119 lbs; I lost a total of 51 lbs. I have been on maintenance now for over 3 years.
My hope is to inspire sparkers to live life to the fullest! It isn't just about eating less and moving more. It is about living life on life's terms. It is about how you deal with emotions. It is what to do when a curve ball strikes and you are overwhelmed. Dealing with the truth without overeating is what makes losing weight successful. Best of luck everyone! ;o)

Personal Information:
I am a native San Franciscan and now live 20 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin County.I volunteer for Hospice at their resale boutique once to two times a week. I am also a member of a sorority where we assist needy and handicapped children and young adults.

I have not been on SparkPeople for a long time, but I went back & read your past blogs . I feel so much the same as everyone else with this virus, but I had to chuckle when I read where you say" we run thru the supermarkets hoping we do not get the virus "That is so me I have to be so careful when I am out to the few places, Mom will be 91,Gary is a diabetic,& my brother has health issues.
The places I do go are of necessity, but I have that same feeling hurry up get going before you come in contact with it.
Our Pastor last month had a concert in the church the people that came to perform had the virus 20 people got it 2 in intensive care in our church. I had heard before this he was allowing anyone with asthma or a hard time breathing with the mask on can remove them I was aghast at this I emailed him telling him what could happen ,that they should stay home & listen to church services on line .He told me I was very critical of the church's doings.that I need to pray instead of being so critical A week later he held this concert , not only that the people that performed gave it to the people in their own church The Pastor will no longer speak to me I went to that church since I was 20 I am 70 in2 months
I am so happy we had stopped going in February when everything was so bad in our area & listened to church on line. So much for that issue !
That will be a good move for you to be by your family have a lovely day
