Introduction Text Hi...so happy to be here. I've been up and down with weight my whole life. Several years ago I lost over 40 pounds with W.W. only to put all of it back on. I'm an emotional eater for sure but mostly in boredom and having social anxiety doesn't help. Right now I really need to work on taking around 50 plus pounds off for health and just to feel better. I am 54, married, work full time and have one child. I like to read, garden, walk, love animals, and always enjoy a good laugh or smile. Would so love to meet and make some friends through SparkPeople and get back on track to better health, accountability, and just to enjoy life!

My goal is to work to become healthier, more active and would love to make some friends along the way.

To eat healthier...trying new things...and exercise...especially walking. Putting my pedometer in my pocket each day helps to remind me where I am and where I need to strive to be.
