My Goals:
Get healthy!

Complete 15 minutes of exercise 3 times a week and walk as much as possible. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

Take baby steps!

My Program:
 DRINK WATER!

Control portion sizes.

Use the treadmill.

Walk everywhere!

DANCE!
