I am a 51 year old mother of 3 young men. I am a para professional at an elementary school and have gone back to school to get my teaching certificate. I will graduate in December of 2014 and am very excited about what God's plans may be at that point. I am trying to lose weight and have recently been "hexed" by my sister (LJCannon) into walking 5K marathons and joining Spark People.

    Great Idea for a Smoothie: One package of mixed fresh chopped Veggies -- I used the Stir Fry Blend this morning -- Add One Pear, Ice, 3/4 Cup Cold Water and Blend. DELICIOUS!!!
