I have been told by my doctor that I have Diabetes and High Blood Pressure. I done nothing to try to get both under control until a year ago when I lost one of my children to death. (She had Heart troubles from being overweight). She had the gastric bypass to lose her weight and I don't want surgery to lose my weight. So, I decided on July 1, 2019 to do something about it but I am doing things slow so that I can keep the weight off for the rest of my life. So, I am using tools of just about ...
