Thank you for your advice, I know it is heart felt. But because I have Meniere's Disease, I have both hearing loss and sensitivity to loud noise and repetitive noise. I haven't listened to music for years because I either don't understand it, because notes are lost and the ones I can hear do not sound like they did when I could hear normally AND on top of that much music is fast and repetitive. In fact, I have an ongoing problem with neighbors who play music and even the TV at loud volume. So loud in the middle of the night that I have had to remove my ear plugs, fumble around for my hearing aids and use my Caption Call phone to contact the police. I am really pathetic because although I can definitely hear noise, my disease robs me of the ability to tell police exactly WHICH tenant is making the noise and it's up to the cops to hear it when the arrive.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I carry a spare tube, tire levers, a hand pump, and a patch kit. The girl who had a flat had directions to fix the flat and 2 friends who knew how with her.

Thank you for commenting on my blog. I appreciate your acknowledgment of the issues an older woman faces. That's one of my reasons for being here, to connect with women my age. It's very rewarding.

The series was the iThrive series, filmed by Jon McMahon. He was obese, with diabetes and other health problems. He filmed a nine-part documentary about his trip to health. It was available for free this week, but closed today. He's selling it as a package, but I just viewed it for free. The link was in my blog. If I see another video series, I'll post again. Forks Over Knives does them occasionally. John and Ocean Robbins, too.

I did cook the quinoa separately in my curry vegetable dish. I was afraid it might absorb all the yummy broth. emoticon
