    I noticed you are a person who loves the Mc Doguall program.

    Just a bit of my personal history.... Although I don't follow it, very closely right now. Back in 1992 I was hired as a organic vegetarian chef, for a prima ballerina, who had MS. She gave me the Mc Dougall diet book to cook for her. She was healed from it, in 4 months! She is still doing great, all these years later! It DOES really work for many people!

    I eat mostly veggies & fruits, but chicken & turkey are my main protein source. Sprouted breads & whole grains. I seem to gain weight if I am on a 'program'. I listen to my body & go from the ques! emoticon
