My Goals:
Get rid of 100+ pounds ... and keep it OFF.
Exercise 5 days a week.
Live life to its fullest.

NO matter what.


My Program:
 Eat when I am physically hungry.
Stop when I am physically satisfied.
Eat s-l-o-w-l-y and consciously.
Enjoy every bite.

Move every day and throughout the day.


Personal Information:
I am a retired, married (44 yrs) bawdy woman living in the mountains of Colorado.

We have three grown children and nine gorgeous grandchildren.

And two ferocious dogs that will lick you to death!

Other Information:
 I'm a novice quilter. I like hikes, reading, creating ... and being with Hubby.

    ah studying Spanish to keep the brain cells clicking and also because my DIL is from Mexico..would like to be able to exchange conversations with her in her native language.
    In their home Spanish is the primary language spoken so both of my granddaughters are bi-lingual. I hope to visit Oregon this summer sometime..thas about the limit of my idea of travels..if this virus is controlled of course.
