Introduction Text I recently remarried (Oct 2019) after being single for 23 years I have one son, two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, who are the joy of my life. I live in upper East Tennessee and have lived here most of my life. I am retired and I love reading, amateur photography, and traveling, although haven't done much of that since the COVID 19 pandemic.

I am starting the fall challenge today Oct. 3, 2020 My goal is to lose 9.4 lbs. Ways to reach this goal #1 Drink 8 cups of water per day #2 Exercise at least 10 minutes per day. #3 Add arm exercises including 20 forward arm rotations and 20 backward arm rotations and 20 wall push-ups. Increase arm exercises weekly. #4 Do 1 random acts of kindness per week.
