Everyday Is A New Adventure


I am looking to start a New Healthier Life. I am 58 years young. I have Three grown children (2 boys and 1 girl).
I always try to make my friends find at least one thing to laugh at each day.

My Goals:
To start to eat a better diet and make better food choices.
One of my biggest goals is to Take Time For Me.


My Program:
 The first thing in the morning I spend time with my Lord praying and talking.
I then log into Sparks and spend time there.
I have found myself reading at least a couple of chapters of my current book with a cup of coffee

 I love to read and feel like there is always room for one more book.

I love to Cross Stitch. This year I plan to do a few major projects.
Cross stitching is very relaxing for me.
