Hello, My name is Stephanie. I was a part of Sparkteens for the past year but decided I should join SparkPeople. I am looking to really make some healthy changes. With SparkTeens help I started making those changes and hopefully I will continue to do so here. I weigh 246 pounds and at 18 years of age that is not ideal or healthy. My highest weight was 253 pounds so I have lost 7! I would like to weigh around 160-170 pounds.

My Long term goal is to lose 100 pounds. Short term I would like to weigh 239 and be out of the 240's.
My Program:
Track calories 1,400 a day. Eat 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies. exercise 1 hour 4-5 days a week on treadmill and 20 minutes 2-3 days a week strength training.
Drinking a ton of water!!
