I am a new runner, yoga mama, nature goddess, survivor... 6/14/20 Update: Been on this weight loss journey since 4/7/20...halfway to my goal weight. Checking in everyday, tracking food and exercise. Biggest challenges are staying within my calorie range and drinking water! Biggest accomplishments are goal setting, eating the rainbow and exercising. Goals: eat more lean protein, finish YTT 200 training and achive goal weight by the end of summer. Grateful for this inspiring community! ...
