Over 60, Want to Lose 50, Reach Goal by 2012


I live in Narragansett RI and will be 64 on my next birthday. I want to lose 50 pounds by Christmas of 2012.
I live in Narragansett RI and will be 64 on my next birthday. I want to lose 50 pounds by Christmas of 2012.

Fitness Minutes: 47,151

My Goals:
I plan to lose 50 pounds by Christmas 2012 and go to the gym 3-4 times per week in order to achieve this goal.

My Program:
 I will track my food daily and stay within my calorie count of 1500. I will go to the gym 3-4 times per week. I'll concentrate on spinning and yoga. I will complete a 5K road race with my sister in September.




Personal Information:
I am married and live with my husband and our dog in Narragansett. Our dog is named Nick.

Other Information:
 My favorite movies are Gone with the Wind and The original Wizard of Oz. The Wizard of Oz is my first library book. I am an avid reader and enjoy gardening.

    I am "grandma" to three fur babies! Our oldest daughter has 3 very active, very spoiled Poodles. The best one of the bunch is a rescue dog. I think he knows he's lucky to have found such a wicked-good second chance at love.
