Animal lover, amateur bassist, Aspie, polyglot in training. I'm here because I knew I had to make a change. 2018 has already hit me pretty hard, and I knew it was only going to get worse unless I fixed the problem. Which of course leads me to Spark. I'm here because I want to lose 135lbs. I want to be able to climb stairs without being out of breath. I want to have the energy to actually do things again. And I really want to get rid of this sleep apnea problem.
