We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed to promote positive lifestyle changes and, of course, weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are an important aspect of the smaller individual teams. Thanks for the tips on starting with yoga. The introductory class I'm thinking of taking consists of four weekly sessions, and during that time I can attend any other sessions at the studio at no additional cost. I'm looking forward to trying a Friday-night restorative yoga session, which one of my friends says releases all the bad energy at the end of the week.
