Introduction Text Hi I am 66 and have 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls. I have been excited on how SP has helped me reach my goal and lose 29 lbs! Now I am maintaining my weight lost, which can be just as hard as losing weight. I live in Kansas for 33, years but originally I am from Philadelphia, PA I now have 4 lovely grand children. Kaelyn 8 1/2, 2 Eli 6 1/2 years, Grayson 6 years old and his sister Addalyn 31/2.

To maintain the 30 lbs that I have lost! So I will use the nutrition tracker.

My goal of 2010 is to maintian my weight loss and to keep it off for this year. I will do this by recording my food, drinking my water, and exercise. I'm sure with God's help I can do this.

I am 58, have been married to a great guy for 32.5 years and have 4 children. I live in KS but originally from PA. My middle 2 children are married, my oldest has his own house, and my youngest is a senior at Kansas State University. I am praying that the new job that my oldest has and starts 1/4/10 will work out for him.

I have now been with Sparks for 1 year, met my goal and am enjoying seeing sizes that I could only dream about. With God all things are possible!
