Introduction Text I am a grandmother who cares for my grandchildren and I am trying to figure out a routine so that I can have time for myself. Since my grandchildren came along I have not found a routine that works. I have not been exercising and have been stress eating, so in the past 4 1/2 years my weight has gone up along with my clothing size.

I would love to get back to an exercise routine and to fit into the clothes I love.

I love to walk outside and just bought a new heart monitor to help me get a better workout while walking. I also know that getting the sugar and prepackaged foods out of my life would be wonderful.

Married- almost 30 years mother- of 3 boys grandmother- 3 toddler boys, 1 one year old girl work- respite care provider for families of special needs children for 13 years, Adobe artist and retouching for Photographer Now- gave up jobs 2 years ago to do daycare for my grandchildren, miss the $$ paychecks but love having my grandkids with me daily.

I thank God everyday for the blessings he has given me. I have 6 sisters and 3 brothers and we are very close. I could live outdoors and have many pets. I Love having my grandkids but do miss my exercise time, my gardening time and my creative/art time. Somehow I will figure out a routine, take that as a prayer. :)
